According to a report by CBS on May 8, Trump asked Treasury Secretary Bessant and Commerce Secretary Lutnick to jointly develop a proposal for the U.S. sovereign wealth fund. The proposal was suggested to be submitted in early May this year; however, the White House rejected part of this proposal.

However, many sources indicate that this proposal has been submitted. But one source suggests that the White House is concerned about the approach of the Department of Fintech. Details about the operational mechanism of the fund are still under discussion and no new information will be released in the near future.

Before his trip to the Middle East next week, Trump announced that there would be a "very big announcement," but it is not related to the proposed sovereign wealth fund. Trump has not decided how to use the revenue from the fund.

The White House confirms that the financial and trade agencies have developed a plan for this sovereign wealth fund, but no final decision has been made. This content is intended only to provide market information and is not investment advice.
