[Coin World] According to a news platform, British IT man James Howells stated: "For twelve years, I have tried various ways to communicate with the Newport City Council, including public proposals, offering profit-sharing ratios, mediation, taking legal action, and even formally offering a return of over 25 million pounds for these Bitcoins worth 1 billion dollars, but they have ignored all these proposals. They want me to give up, but I am no longer seeking permission. Therefore, I will tokenize the 8000 Bitcoins in my entire wallet, converting them into 80 billion Ceiniog Coins (INI), with each INI matching the value of 1 Bitcoin satoshi. The project is based on the Bitcoin network, using OP_RETURN technology, and supports the Stacks, Runes, and Ordinals protocols, expected to launch by the end of 2025." According to a news platform, James Howells accidentally discarded a hard drive containing 8000 Bitcoins years ago and has made multiple attempts to search for that hard drive in a local landfill.
