#美国加密货币监管框架# The tide of stablecoins has receded, revealing quite a few small shorts. The Hong Kong Monetary Authority is making big moves, appearing to want to sift through the elites, but may only issue licenses to 3-4 firms. The US SEC has also turned its stance, stating that most encryption assets are no longer securities. It feels like countries' regulators are trying to incorporate stablecoins into their systems, but are afraid of causing issues. I don't know how much longer these days of survival in the cracks will continue. However, seeing the Central Bank of Korea and German regulators actively laying out plans, there might really be a wave of new opportunities. Now it depends on who can find the balance between Compliance and innovation, and I'm guessing there will be plenty of good shows to watch in the near future.
