Recently, a prosecutor from the Ministry of Justice expressed his views on a certain Crypto Assets trading platform case. He stated that although the relevant parties did indeed take measures to strengthen Compliance after the incident, this is merely a responsibility that should be fulfilled and is not sufficient to serve as a reason for a lighter penalty.
