Mainnet progress: The Pi core team confirms that the mainnet will officially launch in Q3 2025, likely in July. As of June, most core components, such as wallet upgrades, validation framework, and Pi integration, are either operational or in the final testing phase.
Ecosystem Development: Pi Network has launched a $100 million venture capital fund to support the development of decentralized applications in the fields of financial technology, gaming, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence. Some ecosystem applications, such as Pi Chain Mall and Forum Heating, are now compatible with the mainnet.
KYC process: The KYC process has been significantly improved thanks to AI-assisted verification, shortening response times and reducing bottlenecks, allowing more users to unlock Pi to participate in mainnet activities.
