XRP aims for $1,000 – CryptoGuard CEO makes bold prediction

CryptoGuard CEO Matthew Brienen is showing significant confidence in XRP. Speaking in the first episode of "Ask Matty Show", Brienen explained that he believes XRP has the potential to soar to a high of 1,000 dollars. His comments come at a time when this altcoin is still the fourth largest cryptocurrency in the world by market capitalization. Brienen revealed that half of his personal cryptocurrency collection is XRP. Although he declined to specify the exact number of tokens he owns, he stated that he began purchasing this altcoin in batches starting from 2020. Short-term and long-term plans for his XRP holdings Matthew Brienen has clarified that he has various ambitions regarding XRP in the future. In the short term, he aims to liquidate the majority of his holdings in the coming years. He pointed out the price increase cycle of 2024-2025 as the period in which he is likely to take profits and free up his investment. In the long term, Brienen plans to hold a small portion of XRP in his investment portfolio for the next five to ten years. He is looking forward to this cryptocurrency being increasingly adopted for cross-border payments to drive its price higher in the future. Brienen points out that XRP transactions occur quickly, completing in less than five seconds and costing only a fraction of a cent. Forecast: 100 dollars or even 1,000 dollars Brienen does not stop at short-term plans. He continues to predict that XRP could rise from 100 to 1,000 dollars within the next 10 years. With the price of XRP trading around 2.05 dollars at the time he made the comment, reaching 100 dollars would require a leap of about 4,770% and hitting 1,000 dollars would mean a surge of about 48,600%.

From these numbers, an investment of 5,000 coin valued at approximately 10,250 USD at the current price will be worth 500,000 USD at a price of 100 USD or 5 million USD at a price of 1,000 USD. Market capitalization of XRP will have to undergo significant expansion. If XRP reaches 100 dollars, its market capitalization will increase to about 5.84 trillion dollars with a constant circulating supply. If it reaches 1,000 dollars, its market capitalization will explode to nearly 58 trillion dollars. These are values that would make the value of XRP far exceed the entire global economy today. Although a huge number needs to be reached, Brienen stated that he feels the target of 1,000 dollars is achievable. He does not promise that it will happen, but he mentioned that he sees a scenario where the technology and payment speed of XRP could drive long-term growth.
