The Fed will release the July CPI data, with the core CPI annual rise expected to reach 3.1%.

According to ChainCatcher news, Jin10 reports that the Fed's mouthpiece Nick Timiraos indicated that the CPI data for July will be released this week. Core CPI is expected to rise by 0.31%, bringing the annual increase to 3.1% (2.9% in June and 2.8% in May). Overall inflation is also expected to rise by 0.24%, with the annual increase reaching 2.8%.
