9GAG's co-founders acquired HoJing Technology, which will be renamed to MemeStrategy and will allocate BTC and other encryption assets.
According to Deep Tide TechFlow news on April 2, East Net reported that 9GAG co-founder Chen Zhancheng has completed a controlling acquisition of Haojing Technology (02440) and plans to rename the company to MemeStrategy Inc. The company will be chaired by Chen Zhancheng as the Chairman of the Board and CEO, while introducing several core members from 9GAG and the Decentralization creative studio Memeland to join the board.
MemeStrategy will focus on artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cultural sectors, planning to incorporate virtual assets such as Bitcoin into the company's asset allocation. The company will emphasize the development of the Creator Economy 4.0 and Decentralization Physical Infrastructure Network (DePin) in two major directions. Additionally, the company has appointed three industry leaders, including Scroll co-founder Peng Cheng and CASETiFY CEO Wu Peishen, as independent non-executive directors.
