Now I want to check my phone after just 10 minutes. The science is clear.... Digital dopamine addiction destroys deep focus, whereas deep focus is the key to all meaningful achievements in life. 3. Information Overconsumption. "I have to keep updating the news" Haven't read this article yet, later I'll be left behind" "Must follow all new motivational podcasts" What about it? Overconsumption of information = PROCRASTINATION DISGUISE. We feel productive, but we are just consuming, not creating. Sign you are trapped in information overload... Often scroll through online courses without ever completing a single one. Always looking for "one more video" before taking action. Hundreds of "read later" article bookmarks follow dozens of newsletters but never implement. 4. Perfectionism Paralyzed.
